The NYS Council has been advocating with the National Council for $38.5 billion in funding to be included in the next stimulus package for mental health and substance use/disorder organizations. See below for documents related to this.

- An e-letter we are asking all NYS Council members to forward to their NY congressional delegation members immediately. The letter encourages your representative to sign on to the letter to appropriators. (Note: The deadline mentioned has been extended to COB today)
