Please see attached for an update to the previously issued provider billing call Q&A, changes made to this document can be found highlighted in the attached version of the Q&A. Firstly, based on feedback from these calls, OMH has updated the Telemental Health Services Guidance for Local Providers (https://omh.ny.gov/omhweb/guidance/telemental-guidance.pdf) document to include Appendix 1 as a fillable PDF.

Additionally while executive order 202.59 extends the disaster emergency period it does not extend the provisions from Executive Order 202.1. If OMH receives any additional updates or changes to this date we will follow-up to this email.
