Just wanted everyone to know that the NYS Council has requested that

both OMH and OASAS extend the CFR deadline for impacted providers to

August 31, 2020.

In response, OMH just informed me that if an OMH agency wants an

extension you need to send an email to Michele Chilinski, OMH CFR

Director at:  Michelle.Chilinski@omh.ny.gov and request an extension for your agency.

The response from OASAS is that the CFR is due 8/1 but the Office will entertain requests for extensions from providers.   Providers seeking an extension should send an email to Steven Shrager at: steven.shrager@oasas.ny.gov
